Tamika Curry, Ph.D.
Founder & CEO
Tamika Curry, Ph.D. brings more than 20 years of progressive leadership across healthcare, behavioral health, and higher education. She has served in senior operational, clinical, and executive roles including as Chief Program Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Clinical Officer, giving her a rare ability to diagnose the operational, regulatory, and clinical drivers that most financial advisors and traditional operators never see. As an advanced practice nurse, she uniquely bridges the clinical and executive dimensions of organizational performance, a combination that is exceptionally rare in turnaround advisory.
Her most defining experience came from guiding a large multi-state human services organization through acute cash crisis, restructuring, bankruptcy consideration, acquisition, and full post-acquisition integration. In that role she reversed a significant operating deficit to surplus, directed enterprise-wide operational transformation, and served as the operational liaison to the Board of Directors during a period of unprecedented organizational change.
This combined executive and clinical expertise enables her to identify the operational, regulatory, and compliance drivers that directly impact financial performance and organizational stability faster and with greater precision than traditional consulting approaches allow.
Her work also spans national partnerships, workforce development, and federal and foundation funding initiatives. She is a nationally recognized expert who has educated healthcare leaders across the country on evidence-based care models and clinical quality improvement. She holds a Ph.D. from the Department of Policy, Organizational, and Leadership Studies at Temple University.
